Workshop Fees
The fee you pay for the workshop covers everything you will need for the session. You may be asked to bring an item or two with you such as an apron but this will be clearly stated in the workshop listing. There are no extra charges for materials needed on the day.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a workshop it may be cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to the date of the workshop. A 10% cancellation fee is incurred to cover payment processing costs. Within 4 weeks of the workshop refunds will not be made unless there is a waiting list.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel, you will either be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Outdoor Workshops
Please dress appropriately for the weather. Stout footwear is recommended as the ground is uneven and may be wet. Heels and flip flops are not permitted.
Data Protection
We do not share or sell your personal information. Any information requested at the time of booking is used only in relevance to that particular booking.
Food
Occasionally workshops will include lunch or snacks. These will be made in our domestic kitchen which has been inspected by Bury Council Environmental Health and given a 5* rating. Due to the risk of cross contamination food allergies and special diets cannot be accommodated.
Please note that all workshops provided by Cherry Tree Willow are for adults only 18+
